My son told me to write

My son told my it will be good for my brain to write. So here I go. Our roles are reversed. He now tells me what to do!

I'm Old. I don't know how it happened, but in someway I feel I've lived several life times. I've worn a lot of hats and I can honestly say, I've enjoyed it.

For the past 20 years I've been selling antiques. I don't know how I fell into this, but it's been very interesting and since I've always been around old stuff, I guess it came naturally. There's something about the history of stuff that's exciting. It fills my house and has made me a living. I keep things for awhile to enjoy them and then they go to the antique shop, at least most of them.

I get a lot of enjoyment just looking at my things. I think it keeps me going. I'm always looking for the next best thing. It's still exciting to me. The hunt is the fun. I've been in the antique business and the music business as a singer and piano player. They are both consuming and interesting.

I feel much younger than I am, because of my interests, I think. It's been very stimulating and I'm not done yet.
